Plant based protein is the best kind of protein for your body. Janice and Katya  also discussed the best types of whole foods for perfect health.

Janice Stanger, Ph.D. is a nutrition expert and myth-buster, speaker, educator, and author of The Perfect Formula Diet: How to Lose Weight and Get Healthy Now with Six Kinds of Whole Foods. She is a frequent radio show guest, blogger, guest blogger, contributor to VegWorld magazine, and conference presenter.

Janice conducted the survey Vegan From the Inside, the first-of-its-kind survey of the experience of being on a plant-based diet. She has led innovative health insurance, alternative medicine, and wellness projects for large and mid-size employers; as part of this expertise, she contributed an article on the City of Dublin, Ohio plant-based employee wellness program to Benefits Magazine.

Janice was motivated to research plant-based nutrition by the examples of her two daughters, who stopped eating meat at ages 11 and 13. She has spent 18 years critically analyzing scientific findings on whole foods, nutrition, and health.
