This salad is very easy to make. It is fresh and filling! Ready in minutes.
- 1 bag of frozen corn (warmed up)
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup of sun flower seeds (soaked over night preferably)
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
Chop celery, bell pepper, and onions. Combine with the rest of ingredients in a big bowl. Enjoy!
